Violence : the unlawful exercise of physical force or intimidation by the exhibition of such force.

      At school, adults do all they can to protect us from violence. Since a few months they have adopted the concept of  living together without violence :  they make us approve a kind of code of conduct which must be respected by pupils who approved for it. Once you have approved it, you'll be abble to act with autonomy when you'll have some problems with someone. Our school received a prize for that. We also have lovely flashy bracelets where you can read " Je choisis la non violence "  ( English : I choose to be anti-violence ), but you aren't obliged to have it on.

      Last year, we did the same about the respect : we approved a code of conduct too, and we get a bracelet where were written "le respect, c'est pas sorcier "  ( english : "respect is easy " ) .
It was a success because it makes everybody realize the worthnessless of the names-calling, the bad expressions, the critics, discrimination ect. and the younger of the school ( the year 7 ) will can pass down this attitude to the futures secondary schoolpupils.
